Nanoracks to re-use Ukranian-made Tsiklon upper stages
23 Oct 2019  Nanoracks announced that it has signed an agreement with Maritime Launch Services to work on re-purposing and re-using spent C4M [Cyclone-4M, Tsiklon-4M] rocket upper stages, which would be in-orbit after launch missions from Nova Scotia's Canso Spaceport, Canada's first and only commercial spaceport.

Cyclone 4M upper stage performs qualification test
21 Oct 2019  Maritime Launch Services said a Cyclone 4 [Tsiklon 4] fully-integrated upper stage, destined for the Cyclone 4M rocket to be launched from Nova Scotia, Canada, recently underwent the 7000 series qualification profile. This was followed by a second full duration burn profile on 30 August 2019.
Rocketdyne and Firefly to provide flexible access to space

China launches experimental satellite into GTO

China's next commercial rockets to make test flights in 2020, 2021
